It will soon be that time when people start talking about new year’s resolutions & how they want to exercise. If you have a chronic condition you may just let them talk & consider it not part of your options.
But this news may spur you into finding some kind of exercise to add to your lifestyle: If you are worried about memory loss as you move into your 60s or 70s, now is the time to find some kind of regular exercise, or even movement.
A recent study confirmed that those that exercised at least once per week are more than twice as likely to avoid memory loss into their 60s, 70s or 80s than those who were more couch-bound. It’s nice to know it’s never too late to start!
