Free Fibromyalgia Research Study in San Diego and Orange County Areas

Seeking volunteers who are interested in being part of a research study investigating different treatments for fibromyalgia. We are looking for women between the ages of 18-70 who have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia.

Participation is FREE of charge and will consist of being randomly assigned to one of two treatment groups; one being gentle yoga and the other being a cognitive coping skills group. Classes will be conducted two times per week for the gentle yoga group and one time per week for the cognitive coping skills group. Sessions will occur either during the lunch hour or early evening. Sessions are aimed to start mid-January and will last for a total of 8 weeks.
