Invisible Illness Week
National Invisible Chronic Illness Awareness Week was started in 2002 by Rest Ministries as a way of connecting the 133 million people who live with chronic illness in the US, most of who have an illness that is invisible.
Each September Rest Ministries organizes a virutal conference, featuring about 20 speakers on a variety of topics related to living with illness.
Sept 14-20, 2009’s theme is A Little Help Gives a Lot of Hope. Find out more at our sister site at www.invisibleillness.com
