Rev. Rose Anne Briotte, a psychiatric chaplain in Knoxville, TN, & a member of the Mental Health Ministries Advisory Committee, has put together a brochure on “Guidelines for Clergy: Providing Pastoral Care to Persons with Mental Illness & Their Family.“
