Oh, Don't ya love spring? The humming birds arrive, the flowers bloom, the clutter starts to appear when the sun comes out. Wait a minute. I am talking about myself here. I have been trying to declutter for months. . but I am finally hitting my home office here at Rest Ministries. I want space, open spots on my desk that don't have a pile. But I have so much good stuff! And some of those goodies are books. Most of these are books I have been given by the authors, the publishers, etc. and I just cannot keep them all. Are you in a season of grief and mourning? Have you suffered a loss? Here are a list of top Christian books that address these emotions. Grief and mourning, loss. They are such a simple words yet holds sooo-o-o much emotion, don't they? To compile this list of grief and mourning books, I asked a group of Christian women authors of a group I am part of, AWSA (Advanced Writers and Speakers Association). As the holidays approach more people than usual are looking for ways to reach out to help a hurting friend. Sadly, this shouldn't be a seasonal event, but something we do all year round. But most people just don't know how to do that reaching out! Well, thanks to a wonderful book we don't have that excuse any longer! The Amazon Kindle. If you don't have one it may just be on your wish list this holiday season. I (Lisa) have had the blessing of owning one since 2008 when my husband surprised me with the very first version for my 40th birthday. He thought I would be having joint replacement surgery on four fingers soon and it would come in handy.
