If you are a part of our Rest Ministries Sunroom social network, odds are you have seen the name "Marney" pop up a lot! Marney is our number one "commenter" and "encourager" with the most posts of over 2500 people. Friends, I am eager to connect with you! We have just survived Spring Break at my home and before I know it, it will be summer vacation! I have a lot of "irons in fire" so to speak, but want to start melting them together and seeing what God is going to form. And I would love to talk with you. Volunteering Can Ease Pain

Too often we find ourselves sitting in our home, wishing we could go & do something to feel better, yet not knowing if at the end of the day we will feel better-- or worse. Although you may think that volunteering will drain all your energy, you may find that it actually can ease physical pain. CAlling all Voluteers! (Or Those Interested In Volunteering)

Hi, Friends! We have loads of volunteers & I have to admit that it's gotten past me as some of you have joined or changed positions. One of the things I'd like to see happen while I am "in a cast" (post surgery next week) is for volunteer to check in & make sure that they are listed. I have set up a "wiki" at http://restministriesvolunteers.wetpaint.com You don't have to join to edit it. Just go & see if it lists a volunteer position you currently have (or if you see one without a name you can let me know you're interested!)
