We are saddened by the news of the earthquake in Haiti. Just last week my almost-7-year-old son asked me, “Mom, why does God allow weather to happen that kills people?” Tough questions we all ask, right? Haiti is the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. The nation's ambassador to the United States has called this 7.0 earthquake a "catastrophe." Aftershocks were over 5.0. When these kind of disasters occur we turn to Billy Graham Evangelical Association if we want to help in any way.
