“In the days of Shamgar son of Anath, in the days of Jael, the highways were abandoned; travelers took to winding paths." (Judges 5:5-7) The Appalachian Trail is approximately 2,184 miles long. It runs from Springer Mountain Georgia to Mount Katahdin Maine. It spans fourteen states. Thousands of people walk this challenging trail every year, children, people in their 80s, and even a blind person with their seeing eye dog has walked this difficult trail. What would make anyone want to spend months walking across and through mountains in the heat, cold, wind, and rain? Why does anyone want to test themselves in such a way? Ever Feel Like Your Body is a Crime Scene?

Ever get sick of being poked or having to take your medications via a needle? When I was in the hospital for a week I was given shots every few hours & my stomach looked like a crime scene. Boy do I wish I'd had these fun little b&ages. I could have stuck a couple of these "Crime Scene: Do Not Enter" b&ages on the biggest bruises & it would have given all of the nurses a good giggle. In Genesis 21:6 it says, 'Sarah said, "God has brought me laughter, & everyone who hears about this will laugh with me.'" Go ahead & be a bit silly.
